Sonia was born and raised in North Florida, graduated from Chipola Junior College, attended FSU, and earned a Bachelor degree from Florida International University.  She lived most of her adult life in Tallahassee but is thrilled to call Crawfordville home now.  She has many years of training and experience in management and teamwork and her experience in finance, leadership, and project management coordination are an advantage to her customers. She is detail oriented and is a firm believer that the customers' needs and desires are most important.  She doesn’t consider herself a "salesperson" and believes the house should sell itself to you rather than have someone sell you on the house. She focuses on listening to you and helping maneuver through every step of the real estate transaction whether you are selling or buying.

Sonia uses her years of experience in closing real estate transactions as a means to enhance her knowledge and abilities to provide guidance, consultation, and hand holding for those she serves.  She also was honored and blessed to be awarded the 2012 REALTOR® of the Year Award by peer vote of the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS® members.

Sonia has devoted time to real estate and community volunteerism and committee service.  Whether in her personal, church, or business life, her goal is to treat people with respect and courtesy, provide excellent customer service, and take as much of the stress off you as possible.

Sonia and her husband and business associate/partner, Olan, live in Crawfordville close to Florida’s Forgotten Coast with all its natural surroundings and opportunities.  Together they have four adult children and five grandchildren and believe family is a blessing to cherish.  They serve all the North Central Panhandle Florida area and would love to help you when you are ready to fall in love with the area as well.
