Olan Brunson
Olan loves the Florida Panhandle and especially the Forgotten Coast. A native Floridan, born and raised in North Florida, he is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Communications. He began his real estate career at the age of 24 when he obtained his sales associate license and obtained his Broker license five years later. He is a member of the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS®.
Olan has worked in public relations and marketing in both the public and private sectors. He was employed by the Florida Senate right out of college, and he later moved to Ft. Lauderdale to join the Bruns Company as a Marketing Representative. From there, he joined Baird-Case Funeral Homes, Florida’s largest privately-owned funeral services company, and Case Holding Company, a real estate ownership and leasing company as Vice President-Operations. This provided him the opportunity to work in commercial real estate and assist in procuring properties for the funeral home and real estate company. This position provided him the opportunity to work in commercial real estate and procure properties for both companies. This experience and knowledge is shared through his work with real estate customers. He eventually moved back to Tallahassee and was owner of Harvey Tile Company, Tallahassee’s largest ceramic tile contractor.
An avid outdoorsman, Olan spends time enjoying the many outdoor activities of the Big Bend. He is active with local conservation groups and supports many environmental initiatives. He loves to help customers looking for properties with acreage and is willing to share his extensive expertise in the hunting and fishing arena.
Olan and his wife and business associate/partner, Sonia, live in Crawfordville close to Florida’s Forgotten Coast with all its natural surroundings and opportunities. Together they have four adult children and five grandchildren and believe family is a blessing to cherish. They serve all the North Central Panhandle Florida area and would love to help you when you are ready to fall in love with the area as well.
