He began as a high-end builder and remodeler in the picturesque mountains of North Carolina, where his creative vision and commitment to quality resulted in numerous stunning projects. Following this, he transitioned to law enforcement, becoming a Sheriff’s Office Detective and a member of the SWAT team. In this role, his keen attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills took on heightened significance and responsibility. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Chuck took a break from law enforcement to construct a personal home for himself and his wife, Vickie. After completing their new residence, they learned that their eldest son and daughter-in-law were trying to start a family, which led to their permanent relocation to Florida. Since moving, Chuck has obtained his Florida residential contractor and real estate sales licenses, embarking on what he considers his most fulfilling career yet.
